a.m. Arrive Cochin International airport. Meet, assist, and
transfer to hotel.p.m. Go for a Kathakali dance
performance...The traditional dance form of kerala. Return to your hotel in the evening. Overnight in
Cochin. DAY 02 COCHIN a.m. Half day tour of Cochin city including the Dutch Palace , the Jewish Synagogue , where scrolls of the Old Testament and copper plates inscribed in Hebrew script are preserved, St.Francis Church (1510) where Vasco da Gama was buried in 1524, Dutch Cemetery, the Chinese fishing nets at the entrance of Cochin Harbour and Willingdon Island. p.m. At leisure. Overnight in Cochin. DAY 03 PERIYAR
a.m. Drive from Cochin to Periyar (185km/5hrs). On arrival
in Periyar, check into

sq.km of lush green tropical forests is the natural habitat of
elephant, bison, spotted deer, sambar, bear and many colorful
birds. The Periyar Lake lies at the heart of the sanctuary. Overnight in
Periyar. DAY 04 PERIYAR
a.m. Take a boat ride in Lake Periyar to view the

Visit a tea plantation, factory and the local market. Overnight in
Periyar. DAY 05 KUMARAKOM
a.m. Drive from Periyar to Kumarakom
(130kms/3hrs30mts). On arrival in
Kumarakom, check into your hotel. Kumarakom
is a charming village on the Eastern bank of Vembanadu Lake
surrounded by paddy fields. The lake's majestic canals, streams
and distributaries along its banks weave an intricate and
enchantingly beautiful web. Later proceed for a backwater cruise by motor boat in and around
Kumarakom. Overnight in Kumarakom. DAY 06 KOVALAM
Proceed by car to Kovalam (160kms/4hrs). On arrival in
Kovalam, check into your
hotel. This beautiful fishing village is
situated 10 km from Thiruvananthapuram. Overnight in Kovalam. DAY 07 KOVALAM
a.m. Half day tour of Trivandrum city. p.m.
